Concept Design
Concept design drawings can be undertaken to develop the project based on the brief.
3D Models & Visualisations
Visualisations and 3D models can be undertaken to help visualise the space.
Planning Drawings
Planning drawings and applications can be undertaken to provide planning approval. The studio to date has 100% planning success rate.
Technical Design Drawings
Here the drawings will be developed in sufficient detail to allow contractors to quote for the work. The drawings can be used to achieve Building Regulations approval before the project starts on site.
Contract Administration
Advice regarding Building Contracts can be given at this point.
Site Inspections
During the construction stage, regular site inspections can take place to ensure the work is proceeding appropriately according to the Building Contract.
