The existing house with its disconnected layout and limited natural light, no longer suited the family’s needs. Our reimagined design creates an open, cohesive solution that enhances flow and practicality and better serves their lifestyle.
On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen and dining area serves as the heart of the home, perfect for family life and entertaining. A central kitchen island enhances connectivity and flow, while a dedicated utility and pantry space ensures practicality. Expansive bifolding doors and strategically positioned high-level windows bring in natural light, garden views and a sense of openness.
Upstairs, a spacious new master bedroom complete with private dressing area and ensuite offers a peaceful retreat. The enlarged family bathroom provides more comfort and space for the whole family.
Vaulted ceilings and strategically placed roof windows amplify the sense of space, allowing natural light to pour in and create visual interest.
Externally, red-facing brick and concrete roof tiles complements the existing structure while vertical brick detailing adds a modern touch and visual interest.
